Telematics tells you where a vehicle went. It does not tell you who was driving it. FlexTor closes that gap by authenticating the driver at the start of every trip.
Most fleets log vehicles, not people. Keys and fobs are shared, handed over and borrowed, so a trip record usually shows a vehicle and a guess. When there is an incident, a fine or a complaint, the guess is what you are left with.
FlexTor makes the driver prove who they are before the vehicle will start. The start is tied to an enrolled fingerprint, and that is a record you can stand behind.
Fit a pilot on a handful of vehicles, confirm it with your telematics and your drivers, then scale. There is no platform migration and nothing to replace in the vehicles you already own.
Yes for 12 V and 24 V vehicles: the standard supply is 9–24 V DC. For higher-voltage DC equipment, units are built to requirement up to 240 V DC.
Yes, on units with a SIM/GPRS connection: geofencing, remote start and stop, and a user-management API. Without a SIM, FlexTor passes the verified driver identity to your existing telematics unit over its serial port.
Yes. Only fingerprints enrolled on that vehicle can start it, so you enrol the drivers qualified for it and nobody else.
Remove them in the app, or through the API on connected units. Their fingerprint stops working and there is no key or card to recover.
No. Matching runs on the controller, so vehicles in areas without coverage still authenticate normally. A connection is only needed for the remote features.
Tell us your vehicle mix, how many units and which telematics you use. We will confirm the integration and quote for a pilot.
