Your fingerprint starts it. Your phone stops it. One tap sounds an alarm in the cab, and the ignition is cut once the vehicle has come to a stop. It stays blocked until you allow it again.
A FlexTor vehicle does not start on a key, a cloned fob or a relayed signal. It starts when an enrolled fingerprint is matched on the controller. Most thefts end there.
If a vehicle is taken anyway — towed, hot-wired, or driven off by someone who was authorised — connected units let you see it and stop it.
Remote stop, location and alerts need the connected option and a data SIM, and depend on mobile coverage. No security product makes theft impossible; FlexTor makes it much harder and gives you the means to respond.
No. A stop command starts a cab alarm and waits. The ignition is cut only once the vehicle is stationary, judged from vehicle speed on the CAN bus or from GPS. If it is still moving after a minute, the alarm speeds up and you are alerted, and the stop happens the moment it halts.
FlexTor is wired so the ignition is only released while the controller holds it on. Without the controller, the starter circuit stays interrupted.
Yes. Remote stop and live location need the connected option with a data SIM. If the vehicle is out of coverage, the command waits and is applied as soon as the unit reconnects. Fingerprint starts never need a connection.
Only an owner or admin on that vehicle's account, with a reason. Every command is signed, and the log records who stopped the vehicle, when and why. That record can be shared with police or your insurer.
Not until an owner or admin clears the block in the app. Enrolled fingerprints are refused until then.
